One of my goals here is to build a useful “reference work” - where you can look for what you need, instead of just living in a flooding feed of me.
DEFINITELY try my book first! Or my 10-minute “lesson” videos on YouTube, which proclaim their topics in both title and thumbnail.
But I’ve also piled up (hundreds of) hours of livestreams - full of meditations, manifestos, questions and attempts at answers.
So I have created a PDF list of the topics touched-upon in each episode.*
If you download it, you can search within it for words relevant to what you’re wrestling with or curious about. You’ll still have to wade through the episode to find that part - but at least you know it’s in there.
Or you can just scroll through and browse.
